Pedestrians edged out as motorists invade pavements in Bengaluru

In January and February this year, the Bengaluru Traffic Police has fined 3,453 motorists for riding on pavements with an average of 57 violations per day. Hundreds go unchecked as riding on pavements is becoming almost accepted behaviour
