Bombay Bar Association slams ED summons to senior advocates, warns of legal action 

The Bombay Bar Association has strongly condemned the Enforcement Directorate for issuing summons to Senior Advocates Arvind Datar and Pratap Venugopal. Though the summons were later withdrawn, the Association called the move a serious threat to the independence of the legal profession.
